Soft Answers Limited is a UK-based technology company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16762767). Our registered office is at 72 Belleville Drive, Nottingham, NG5 5PP.
Soft Answers Ltd was founded in 2026 by a team of four co-founders based in Nottinghamshire. We are a technology company with a clear purpose: to create digital solutions that make a difference, and to prepare people for the rapidly changing world.
Our mission is twofold:
- Build – Create innovative digital products that solve real problems.
- Train – Upskill people and prepare them for the digital economy.
We believe that technology should be accessible, trustworthy, and designed with people in mind.
We are proud to be based in Nottinghamshire, and we are committed to giving back to our community.
By 2028, we will:
Train 100 people through our events and training programmes
Create 20 local jobs in Nottingham and Mansfield
Host 2 events per year to empower individuals with business and digital skills
Our first event, "Enterprise Without Limits 2026," will bring 100 people to Nottingham in September to learn how to start and grow their own businesses.

With a background in cybersecurity, delivering solutions for institutions like ExxonMobil and NatWest Group, Jesulolase observed a recurring pattern across industries: businesses were adopting technology that created as many problems as it solved. Returns piled up in fashion. Trust eroded in local services. Privacy became a luxury rather than a right.
He holds an MSc in Cyber Security (Merit) and a BSc in Computer Science. Combining this technical depth with a vision for practical, human-centred innovation, he built Soft Answers to bridge the gap between what technology can do and what people actually need.
